Family "V"

Here is a family that we met at church.  I just love this family to pieces. I meet mom "G" in the nursery at church.  After weeks of watching and getting comfortable with her, I finally left my baby boy "T" with her. For those of you that know me, you know that takes alot for me to do.  She lovingly takes my baby every weekend at church and loves on him.  She is wonderful with all the children.  Well, I guess she would have to be.... She has 4 little ones all under the age 5 and the 2 younger ones are 2 year old TWINS!!!  Her wonderful husband "R" sets up in the older kids room at church and does all the sound for the Toon town service.  I have had the honor to have the twins in my class for awhile.  They are a beautiful mess!  The two oldest I have not spent alot of time with, but what I have spent with them is lots of fun!  If you have ever tried to take a picture of many small children, you will know that it is HARD to get the kids/parents to all look at you at the same time! This beautiful family makes me smile everytime I see them.  And I giggle everytime I see the pictures I took of them.. It was so wonderful to take pictures of your beautiful family R & G! I just love you guys!

Tabor's Day at the Parade

Here is our small town, we are never short on Parades.  The older boys just love parades because CANDY is thrown.  Tabor on the other hand as been on the fence about parades.  Well, today he made his decision clear to all!  We thought he might be scared of all the load sounds.  I was watching him closely just in case.  I thought I would share his reactions with you.  It was too cute to note post!  Note to readers:  He is not crying in any picture below.  He is "smiling!"  Enjoy this sweet face, we sure do!

Fall is in the air!

I love this time of year! The beautiful colors, the crisp breeze, and the sun is up when I get up!  The boys just love playing in the leave.  It is so funny to watch them run and play in large piles of leave!  I don't have the heart to tell them that before to long it will be to cold to play outside! The wonders they find in our new backyard is amazing. I am so blessed to be the mother of all boys!  I love to see the world through little boy's eyes! It is quite BEAUTIFUL!  Thank you my son's, for showing me things I never dreamed of!

Tabor 9 months old

This sweet little ball of sunshine, is the apple of my eye!  I love him to bits!  He is starting to show signs of wanting to start to crawl. He rolls EVERYWHERE!  He is working on more teeth.  He has 3 1/2 teeth now and his drooling a ton!  It will not be long and he will be into everything!

Halloween Fun

We has a BLAST!  Notice that Tabor is not in any picture's, well he did not want to join in the fun!  He went to bed early. Stacy was going to be Lt. Dangle from Reno 911, but I could not find the shorts, so he wore the fro!  I was a witch (not far from the truth!lol).

Creepy Candy Hands

I love Halloween. My kids love Halloween more! I found this craft in a magazine the other day. It was really cute & CHEAP! Just my style! Here is a picture of all the things I used to make the "hands!"
It was so very easy to make, even the kiddos can join in. It is super simple. All the items are from Wal-mart. The supplies cost about $15. Here is how you make the Creepy hands.
1. Get vinyl disposable gloves (powder free). Clear food handling gloves work the best, But I could not find them at Wal-mart.
2. Jellybeans, candy corn, gummy worm & Gum drops (whatever candy you like)
3. Fill the gloves with candy, rubber band the ends & tie ribbon on.
****you can get as crafty as you want, I found that if you put a candy corn at the tip of the finger, it made it look more witchy..******** You can also fill up POWDER FREE gloves and place in the freezer and use the glove as a mold for frozen hands in the punch. My boys just love the Creepy hands, Enjoy!

Hard to say good-bye

I saw this in a news article on Yahoo. Please do not forget to pray for our troops and the families. They are not only leaving husbands & wives behind, but they are leaving behind babies!
Please pray for them.

Four-year old Paige didn't want to say goodbye to her daddy before he was shipped off to Iraq
A family photo that shows a little girl beside her father and his fellow soldiers in uniform as they prepare to go to war has resonated well beyond the tight knit Bennethum clan.
Four-year-old Paige Bennethum really, really didn't want her daddy to go to Iraq.
So much so, that when Army Reservist Staff Sgt. Brett Bennethum lined up in formation at his deployment this July, she couldn't let go.
No one had the heart to pull her away.
The commanding officer allowed Paige to say goodbye as her dad prepared to ship off from Fort Dix.
Paige's mom Abby captured the moment with her camera and her aunt passed the image along to a Berks County, Pa. newspaper.
"I’ve had strangers looking me up online, sending me messages that they are touched by it ... offering a lot of support," Abby Bennethum told NBCPhiladelphia.
The picture took on a life of its own online this week. Abby says that suddenly, people were knocking on her door. "Literally overnight, there's all these people that just want to do anything they can," she says. Though she says her husband hasn't seen any stories about his family yet, he expects to.
For her part, Paige still remembers how she felt that day in July. Looking at the picture of herself – her dad now overseas – Paige remembers, "I didn't want to let go of him."
She calls the work he does transporting supplies across the Iraqi border, "just nice."
But that doesn't change her feelings.
"I just miss my dad right now," she says.
Sgt. Bennethum, 30, is expected home next July. Until then, Paige plans to help her mom take care of her little sister and a new baby that's on the way.

There a 1st time for everything! Family "S" Maternity shoot

Hi all~
I had the amazing opportunity to "practice" on a beautiful pregnant woman! I know that may sound bad, but it was AWESOME! As you know we have moved from the Edmond area, for Stacy job. Which means that we had to move churches. This is where I meet my new friend "A!" LifeChurch has many different campus, so we were able to stay with LIFECHURCH, just a different/smaller campus. "A" works or did work with me in the baby room. But, as you can see she is a little bit overwhelmed with child now! I asked if she would pose for me & see loving said yeah! A little bit about her, this is her 2ND child with hubby "E." E is very silly & had a good time (I Hope) even tho he was forced to be there! LOL "E" has 2 BEAUTIFUL kiddos from a previous relationship. Little brother "C" is very excited to have a baby brother on the way. Almost as excitied has he was for me to take his picture! Baby boy is still without a name, but watch for him here, sometime after Halloween! Hopefully by then he will have a name! :0) Let me know what you think, but please be nice to me, this being my 1st time and all!
